Pinches
"Pinches" are designed to specifically improve your pinch strength.
Depending on your hand size and grip range you can change the number of the blocks to train with.
With two sets of "pinches" you can also perform hanging exercises.
Each block is 18 mm thick, which sums up to a total of 72 mm.
